What can we all do to make it a better world for our customers?
Im thinking:
Possibly listen real hard to what they want. Seek to find the real meaning in what they say. Sometimes what they say hides a more important message that you need to help get out. Probe with questions and drill down to find what will help them heal their pain(and get a car), or just be a friend and set up a good line of communication for future help you can be! And you know what? Nobody does that. What's your thoughts.

Although not an official law, the proposal right now contains the following information:
• If a car getting 18 MPG or less is traded in for a vehicle getting 22-27 MPG, the buyer could get a voucher for $3,500.
